For answers to questions, the buck stops here - not at some remote corporate office. You'll get immediate, fair and ethical answers.
You have a right to respectful, experienced negotiating.
With NOVA, our offer negotiation to you and your client will supervised by a top 1% OC Realtor with extensive experience in real estate negotiating. The negotiation will be based on a professional market analysis, detailed inspection and estimates for any required repairs.
You have the right to a network of vendors.
At NOVA, we are dedicated to making your client's transaction as easy as possible. We are happy to provide you with referrals of qualified vendors for your client, including contractors, cleaners and moving companies to help make their experience a pleasant one.
You have the right to prompt payment.
You will receive payment for your commissions at the close of escrow. No if, no ands or buts.
