Jessica McAnallen loves making people happy and educating them on the wild world that is real estate. She compares it to a productive trip to TJ Maxx, finding the perfect match on the rack. Her loyalty to learning the needs and motivations of her clients and serving them with enthusiasm and care is evident, and her passion shines through with every property she encounters.

Born and raised in upstate New York, Jessica now finds herself in sunny California, serving the Coachella Valley, Riverside, Temecula, Orange County and San Diego areas. Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Jessica’s father owned a construction business building Adirondack-style custom log homes. Jessica graduated from cosmetology school at the age of 18, but in more recent years, has developed a passion for real estate and investing. NOVA is her dream brokerage because she loves the independence to work on her own while being able to depend on the support of her NOVA family.

Jessica’s favorite local spots are the Palm Springs Art Museum, Stuft Pizza and Bump n Grind hiking trail. Whether it’s immaculate grounds, beautiful flowers or diverse architecture and landscaping, Jessica loves Palm Springs for its abounding beauty. When she’s not hands-deep doing hair or real estate paperwork, she loves to travel, walk, spend time outdoors, and camp in her RV with her 3 young kids, two dogs and her loving husband.
